He answered all my texts, phone calls and emails thoroughly and in a timely fashion. He is extremely knowledgable and helped make my experience as smooth and easy as possible. One thing that I particularly loved was his reminding me by text when it was time to arrange Florida Power; he very thoughtfully included their phone number. He deserves all the accolades he has amassed and more. I already referred him once and will continue to whenever I have the opportunity. Mike is a gem. I had to foreclose on a house in Sarasota. I live in North Carolina and because of commitments, I couldn't travel to Sarasota.The renovation process took a year. I had toxic mold due to a negligent roofer, and a host of other unanticipated problems. Michael Bruno helped me all through the process and then sold the house quickly. He was always positive, encouraging, diligent and a wonderful problem solver. Could not have done it without him. I think he is the best realtor in Sarasota, and I know about real estate having been a Sarasota realtor myself and a landlord.
